Blue Spirulina Extract is plant protein isolated from spirulina, which is water-soluble pigment, non-toxic, pure, lovely clear, and also is a nutritious protein with complete amino acid composition.
Meanwhile, Phycocyanin is the only natural blue pigment and is listed as a color food raw material, and its use in food is not restricted. Of course, it has other good effect, such as anti-oxidation, moisturizing, anti-aging, freckle effects and so on.
