Product Description
Lutein Powder is an important antioxidant, which is a member of the carotenoid family , also known as “phytolutein”. It is widely found in vegetables, fruits, flowers and other plants.It is insoluble in water and propylene glycol, soluble in acetone, dichloromethane and ethanol, easily soluble in ethyl acetate, tetrahydrofuran, chloroform, etc.Its stability is poor, and easily affected by factors such as oxygen, light, heat, metal ions, pH, etc. So it must be sealed or stored to aviold light.
Medical experiments have proved that natural lutein is an excellent antioxidant, which can prevent cell aging and organ aging, as well as prevent senile eye retinal macular degeneration caused vision loss and blindness.Meanwhile, it can also be used as a feed additive for the coloring of poultry.
